unable to login RTSM console

we are trying login RTSM console with UCMDB thin client but unable to login its telling login failed but credentials are proper

we are using opsb2021.11 on CDF platform

    Did you configure the RTSM Client properly? You need to use Port 443 and target OpsB to login. If you login directly to target CMS with port 8443 then i think AD users will not work, only OBM internal users. Reason for this is that RTSM needs AD integration if you need to login to target CMS directly.
