Missing KPI's in Business Service CI Type



I have BSM 9.23 and running into some weird issue.  I created a Local Impact Perspective View based on a BusinessService CI that contains other smaller BusinessService CI's as well as some Node CI's.  For some reasons, when I display this View from Service Health Admin -> CI Indicators tab, I see KPI's for some CI's and none for the other.  For example, I see "System Availability" KPI showing up for one Windows server CI whlie I don't see any KPI for another Windows server CI, etc. 


Has anyone run into the similar issue?
