Details

Provide Diagnostics local administration on Linux after Firefox has removed support for Java.

Local administration of Diagnostics on Linux has been provided by Firefox (and other Linux-based Internet browsers) through JVM.

Now Firefox (and other Internet browsers) has removed support for Java, which effectively denies local administration of Diagnostics on Linux. It is now only available in Internet Explorer through BSM.

Scenario

We have changed Diagnostics infrastructure (Commanders and Mediators) from Windows to Linux and expected the same functionlity as on windows

There is no workaround

Required
Provide a Diagnostics client on Linux
