When the extracted username is longer than a certain size allowed by the MySql database field RUM returns an error.
The impact of this error is that those data, along with more data that was gathered and should be recorded in the database at the same time, is lost. A error is recorded in the log and a "SessionCacheDeadLetter" is created.
A simple truncate, before inserting the username in the database should fix this problem. The only workaround to this problem is to enable the DEUG level log and manually change the username detection extraction method from extracting between two strings to a regular expression one. Besides requiring manual intervention, this will be power processor intensive.
