Provision to correct wrong up time in the OBR

We have no way to correct reported downtime in OBR. There should be way to correct false reported uptime due to agent issues. 

The uptime report should 100% correct to submit as SLA reports. The current reports shows wrong uptime when the agent issue or agent collection fails.

    That is about collecting actual server time rather than agent up time. Also, we need to have option to correct the discrepancies manually in case any wrong server down time reported. we are using Up time for SLA reporting wrong uptime will impact finical penalty.

    so there should be provision to correct if any wrong ones.
