Support Tip: Context-sensitive launch of the Agent Health view from Operations Agent CIs and events

Starting with OBM 2023.05, the Agent Health view can now be launched from the context menu of Operations Agent CIs and events.

This direct drill down enables quick access to the Agent status (this is faster than launching the Agent Health view from the Monitored Nodes UI) for troubleshooting or other purposes.
