Starting with OBM 2023.05, in the "Launch" component of the Event Browser, favorite action items (ex: actions, runbooks, or tools) can now be pinned.

This helps launch frequently used actions quickly, without having to go through the entire list.  These pinned items to the favorites are user-specific.

Pinned actions are shown under Favorites at the top of the Actions list and are carried over to all occurrences of the Launch components (the Launch menu, the Event Details pane, and the Context menu of the events).  Therefore, no matter where the pin is added or removed for the action items, the changes will be reflected at all three locations.
