My customer mandates that each Robot User account has as few privileges as possible. It also mandates that identification to target tools (I.E. the ones we have recorded actions for) use PKI certificates and not username/password. This makes sense from a security perspective. However, this means that each Robot user currently requires constant access to a single, dedicated, machine. This, in turn, means more and more dedicated machines, as the customer creates more robotic user accounts and automates more processes.
We feel it should be made possible for the Robot account user session to be switched so that that user's PKI Certificate can be picked up for authentication to the target tool.
