(RPA) Support Tip: RPA recorder not working

An error message appeared on an RPA recorder:
"Make sure the Recorder service is installed and a valid connection port is configured under Designer Settings > Recorder Management."

The following solution did not help. It appeared to work for 2-3 seconds but  right after that the same error message popped up again.

This was because that the recorder only works on a local machine (it makes the connection as localhost) and cannot connect remotely.
