How do I add the most current note to a listing report

We send out a daily report in excel format to our customers with statuses of their requests. The users would also like to get the notes entered from the day before displayed in the report. Has anyone solved this issue in SBM and can provide steps for what to do?

Hey Celeste, I'm not sure how we missed your question. I'm sorry about that. I'm looking around but I don't see a way to show only the last note. It always lists all the notes. I would put this in the Idea Exchange page (+) SBM Idea Exchange - Solutions Business Manager Customers Only (microfocus.com) That's where the developers go to see all the new features that customers want. You can also vote on ideas while you are there. The more votes, the more likely the idea will be added to a future release.

There's probably a way to do this with Query View Advanced Reports aka Advanced XML Reports.
