We don't have Support.  Is there some file I can modify to enable Composer?

    I have noticed the same issue with the Start Page  over the past week. The error occurs intermittently.

    However, the message doesn't affect the operation of composer. The start page only allows easy access to help files. Are you not able to access your applications through the file menu?

    Note that I am on Composer version 12.1, which may behave differently.
