Calling a webservice from notifications

I followed all steps metnioned here:
https://docs.microfocus.com/doc/Solutions_Business_Manager/12.1/ttwa_assigning_ws_notifications

but its not working , and we I checked the server log I found this:



and we don't have a user called 'admin' the user we have called 'admin_dev'

so can anyone advise please.
