this doesn't talk about the setup in configurator. is that required? I tried to do the setup in configurator, but during the configure bot server it asked for a microsoft app id & password. (trying to connect to teams). is this an account I get from my Microsoft teams admin? 

You are right! I didn't read it very carefully. I assumed it had a link to the Configurator part, but it does not. The Configurator part is here: ChatOps - Solutions Business Manager (microfocus.com)  The first section points you to a KB article for the user setup. is there an updated word doc? my options do not show Bot Channels Registration. wondering which bot service I'm trying to create. there is a very long list available. 

Oh my! I haven't needed to do that part of the setup myself, so I didn't notice that the registration page changed so much. I looked around and couldn't figure it out either. Can I ask you to create a support case so I can get with the developers or QA? They have had it setup for a long time, but I'm sure they can help us figure out which to use. Thanks
