How to give a user access to administrator Portal -> Projects -> Default Fields permissions?

I am trying to give a Delegated admin access to their projects Default Fields section under administrator Portal -> Projects. I have tried numerous permissions and the Delegated admin is still unable set/change any Allow Override checkbox or change the default Value. There are other admins that can update these same fields, but I can't figure out how to give this Delegated Admin access. Thanks for the help in advance.

Zachary Middendorff By Delegated admin, I suspect that you are referring to giving access to Managed Administrator. Did you edit the user (the Managed Administrator) and select Administration. Then, you can give access to the projects.

I will also assume you mean "Managed Administrator". These admins are given access to configure different projects, but they will have all access to configure anything within that project. It is not a field by field or feature by feature privilege.
