I have created two Auxiliary tables: "Child Group", "Parent Group" and created Single Relational field, but got the issue:

Is the issue here that you are unable to deploy the process app from Composer? If so, you want to make sure that you can reach the URL in the screenshot from the Composer computer. Test this by putting the URL into your browser. Also, check the Composer error log for more detail.

If I am correct about the issue, it would probably be better to submit a case for this one.
