We generally create View and Transition forms for our AUX tables.  We frequently add Javascript to the forms to provide extended functionality.

Custom view and transition forms may be your best option. 
You can reorder fields in an Aux table under Field Privileges. If the section privilege is not required then you can reorder fields all fields into the User Section.

I do have custom forms set up, but every time I go to submit a new record in administrator, it annoys me that I can't see my Title field. 

I do have custom forms set up, but to fix the display, In the application admin, I did the following:

I had to add a field (System Title), in which is not reportable, but a standard field. this field is not on the view form either. 

I hid the new field on the edit form, and set a form action so that every time the title field changes, so does the System Title.

I also made the new system title field show up as the 1st field in the field privileges section of the table in comploser.
