Definitely, I am talking about Windows process ID. If the thread id in change actions is similar to thead id in notification events then yes it would be similar to it.

Thanks! I think by "Process ID" you mean something like "Windows Process ID", since these numbers don't relate to SolutionID, WorkflowID, ProjectID, ProcessModelID. Perhaps it's related to the "Thread ID" from ChangeActions table??
