If you have active SBM support, then I believe Connect is already included.

Vicky, I need to export the state history and the attachments with the sbm data export also. 

I will take a look at this connector. 

Does the connector export everything from the workflow, such as state history, all attachments, notes, etc? 

Everything? That's a big word. Maybe we can give a better suggestion if you can give a high level overview of your goal.

Vickie, the big items looking to export anything outside the report to excel export are the state history (who transitioned to new state, time, etc.), attachments to ticket, and the notes.

Is this a one-time only export to get info out of SBM, or are you trying to keep two systems in sync? For example, we have a customer who built an integration with ServiceNow. Every time the SBM item is moved to another status, they update a ServiceNow field with some of the details. Also, when the ServiceNow item is updated, they also update SBM. Are you trying to do something like this, or you are just trying to pull the data out one time?

Vickie, This would be a One-Time only export, but I would also be curious to setup a two system sync. In case I need it in the future or anyone else from the community would need it. Thanks for your help. 

If you were trying to sync two systems together, I can't imagine why you would need all this historic data. The best option would be to build the sync and just understand that data from before the sync won't be in both systems. The historic data will only be in the original system.

It sounds like your post here is more about a one-time bulk export. There is no easy, built-in way to export this data in one big dump.

For state history, your options are to pull the data out of the database (database schema is described here: SBM Database Schema Reference Guide - Solutions Business Manager (microfocus.com) ), or, create an application that uses the web services to pull the data. Notes are similar. You can export notes by adding notes to a report and export the report, or pull the data from the database or write an application using web services. GetNoteLoggerInfo - Solutions Business Manager (microfocus.com)

Ugh.  The Change tables.  This will not be fun.  I agree with Vickie on her comment about "everything" being a big word.  I think the first step might be to identify all the "other stuff" that you want, or don't want, to copy.  Can we assume that you can import the app's Blueprint or Snapshot into the destination system?  Are the systems connected or air-gapped, i.e. what is the data transport media?
