Install HPSM 7.11 to Windows Server 2012 R2

Good afternoon!
Tell me, is it possible to install HP Service Manager 7.11 on Windows Server 2012 R2?
Is it possible, is there an instruction on how to install and transfer licenses?

    As you didn't retain your patches and 7.11 is no longer supported as Steve already stated you need to address this through your Micro Focus Account Manager to see what can be done.

    The patches seem to still be on the support patch site so could be downloaded if you renew your agreement and this will also allow you a path to upgrade to a later supported version.
