How to enable Dashboard for ESS page

Hi Expert.

I have a question. can I enable Dashboard as the default login page for the ESS page?
Now I can public for end-users by visible the Dashboard function in the ESSSM menu, and they can access it.

The second question is when end-users access the Dashboard page, and then click on the chart, it will jump to the separate tab, can we prevent that action?
