[SM] Disable the notice when refresh the ESS page

Hi All,

I have a question. When we refresh or have an action like that on the ESS page, the system always displays this message

This is so inconvenient for end-users, can we disable it?

Thank you for your suggestion.
But I think better if the Development should change this behavior on the next release. It is inconvenient for end-users.
