[SM] How to configure the button to open the Dashboard?

Hi All,

I have a question.

Can open the Dashboard page by clicking the button on the ticket? I mean we know that if enable this on the menu we can access the dashboard page.

But, I want to configure that in the DO or the RuleSet. So, at any ticket (like SD or IM) I can access the dashboard page or even a specific dashboard ID.

Is it possible?
