Dear Team,
Can any one suggest normally where the service manager having the configuration to limit the status values for incident module or any.
For example , if the incident created the initial status field coming as "Open" it is defined in ruleset and applied in WF.
At this point of time no of values in status filed changed if we change the status from Open to work in progress.
if we save status to WIP, we get few more extra values like resolved etc.
Can any one help me where the back ground configuration for this.
