How does the auto-search feature work?

Hi all,

SM provides the feature to auto search and return a similar document when typing the Description field on create SD (like screenshot below).

Can we configure to change it?
Please tell me where we can re-config that. I want to use the Title field instead of the Description field

To add another field for incidents, go to table called kmmapping.

1. Search for “incidents” on Map Name field

2. In tab search, add:

“title” in column Source Field in Current Record

“query” in column Target Search Field
