Dashboard/Report Customization in Service Manager 9.64 through In-Built Report Capability

Dear Experts ,

Please check and suggest if below concern can be achieve in SM In-Built Report Capability.

  • We have incidents generated from OBM and NNMi flowing to SM. Each incident has Affected CI associated to it.
  • The difference of "Outage End - Outage Start" in Incident is to be calculated and the sum of this value for individual CI's (all TT's generated for that CI for the day) to be taken.
  • The sum to be divided by number of minutes for each day to be calculated and to be displayed in dashboard.
  • The above steps to be performed for all CI's for the day and displayed in SM report/dashboard.

Note:- Customer don’t want to use external BI Tool for achieving above concern.
