SM to SMAX case exchange Issue

Hello,

I am trying to create case exchange between SM and SMAX.
Created an integration manager instance in SM with falcon credentials and have all required capability words.
But we are getting "I/O error on GET request for "">10.52.93.195:14080/.../incidents": Connect timed out" error.

We have installed certificates in both SM and SMAX, have ports opened for communication.

Please suggest.
