Japanese/Chinese text displaying as ?? in Service manager 9.60

Hi,

We have a dot net page where users raise request and ticket is created in SM. There are certain Japanese and Korea people who provide the brief description in their language. The same language(either japanese/ korean) should be displayed in SM. But once ticket is created in SM, its showing as ???.

What could be the reason ? Is there some language pack that is missing in SM ? 

Can someone please explain the steps in detail how I can add these language if it is missing.
