If you are using English collations, then you can't display that in your SM

Thanks for this link Simon. I will go through this. Just adding to this we have another instance which has DB2 database. There these languages are properly visible. 

So this issue with language is something with respect to SQL database ? or am I missing any configuration in SM.

For character fields in SM, which is stored as VARCHAR in sql database, I have changed that to NVARCHAR and added UTF parameter in ini file . This worked and I am able to view C, K/J languages in ticket.

Now the issue is with array fields of SM, which is stored as TEXT in sql db. How does this work? 

NTEXT is deprecated so cant use that.

So how can I enable unicode in array fields of SM.

we have to remap the array type field into subtable and apply the same solution to NVARCHAR in new tables.
