In ServiceManager changes form we have some fields that don't have a representation in the REST Change data return.
I guess these are custom fields.
Is there a way to get and set custom fields?

I recalled there was something to control access to SM data. I found it in External Access Definition.
Looks like you can set Rest capability there too.
