Searching for an old hotfix KM00278023

Hello,
I am 'so 'lucky' because we still use the old SRC in our Service Manager solution.
We have one issue, where KM00278023 solve the issue, but OpenText is not able to find the hot fix - could I be more lucky that one of you have this hotfix?
