Change task default "Open In Phase"/"Close By Phase"

Hi all,

I'm trying to find a way to pre set the values in the "Open In Phase" and "Close By Phase" fields on Change task when a new task is added to a Change.

This is because most of the time (95%) we are using the same start and end phase and when it's seen different its because the users admit that they set it wrong.

Hi Alexander In ScriptLibrary: TaskPlannerService >> preOpenTask That function will be called before opening task, I am not sure if we can do tailoring about your requirement. Thanks

So its not something we can do ourselfs?

I'm comming from ServiceNow where it is possible, so I was hoping was easy in HPSM as well.
