Language tag displayed in fields and pdf export

With a new custum application for some fileds and the PDF export, the text is displayed with the language tags :

how can we delete this caracters ?

    Looks like a problem with SMAX but not sure.

    It should be a problem with custom application export function in SMAX.

    Please submit support case to investigate, I suppose we need R&D.
