From where does system understand which scmessage to use. Currently as I said in initial post, I am getting error as "LDAP server is not responding to your request"

The application of user logging in is not opened for user to check the logic so that I can't get the part where throw the error message.

Would you reproduce the error message with RTM4 enable and attach the log file here?

If you have LDAP integration enabled for user verification then you should be getting this message.

Should check in sm.log for some other related messages.

Also check sm.ini and cfg for some  auth related stuff.
