This feature is a chromium-based browsers feature and there is lot of discussion about it on internet. If you want to turn off or replace there are some custom ways, but best option would be idea exchange and then ...wait.

There are some custom apps/extensions to modify this behavior but it depends how far the customer wants to go to remove it

hello, in on premises systems this can be done by directly deleting the relevant logo from nfs and adding the desired logo instead, but this would not be a supported operation. this should be a standard feature.

Your favicon should be able to change, just like the logo on the login screen can change.
