Giving Single User Access to Records

For some use cases, like managing user expenses or HR-related records, records should only be seen by the record owner. Since data domains are not designed for this, how can we restrict the visibility of records -not fields- at the agent-user level?

Hi Erdinç

I did some testing in local environment and found we cannot fulfill this requirement by any workaround as we do not have any separate permission control that.

How about creating a new tenant, specifically for HR-related services? You can then only assign HR personnel as agents to that tenant and where possible try encryption domains (docs.microfocus.com/.../EncryptDomain) to further hide information some agents are not authorized to see.
