Hello ,
I am trying to auto populate the service field in the offering form based upon the user selection field (System Please select ) values in the offering form once ticket is logged but it's not working for me.
If user selects SWINFRA , then the service field in the offering form should set as SWINFRA once ticket is logged Note: Actual service is already created in software factory.
In above screenshot ,I logged ticket by selecting SWINFRA as option but the service is showing blank.
below are the rules I have written but they are not working
Please help.
