Can we extract specific group from Person record

Hello Everyone,

Is there any way that we can "Set" an entity link field(in offering) with only one specific type of group from "Person" (Requested by) record out of all his/her group memberships? 

Use case: End user will select a field with Person entity link and the next field would be auto-populated with one of the Group name which contains "portfolio".
