I am looking for materials that will allow me to independently and quickly acquire practical skills in Service Catalog, Categories, Service Definitions, Service Offerings, Support Offerings, Workflows, Approvals, Fulfillment Plans, Manual and Automatic Tasks, preferably through practical examples/exercises. Maybe someone can share training documentation, etc. For example, I want to quickly create a change model with a list of customized fields, featuring a workflow that requires approval and a task that automatically triggers an OO flow, etc. BTW, I am OpenText PS with Mercury/Interactive/HP/HPE/Micro Focus history and I remember that in the old days, PS had access to training materials for free.
