At the moment that kind of capability isn't available OOTB. I suggest raising an idea on the Idea Exchange to see about getting this functionality added to the Product.

just for information purposes the discussion that takes place between the User and the VA is also held in the Comments of the request that is raised. It would look something similar to this:

It used to work in one of our tenants, but recently it was changed automatically and no one knows how to activate this feature again

Can I check something with you. For the Tenant that isn't working the way you are expecting is the following setting enabled:

Just I've tried in both my 24.2 and 24.3 tenants that have got that setting disabled and get the following response:

Whereas if I enable the Smart VA that doesn't copy the information across and with that would need a product change in order to make that work. As shown here:
