Hi Sourabh,

I'm afraid they are OOTB Lists that are provided for the Request Module. These records can't be removed from the provided drop downs as this would have a knock on effect with all the Business rules which are designed OOTB within Studio.

As an example please see the following:

It's for this reason they are locked down and then the system can't struggle to run a rule due to values being changed or removed.
