Adding Tags on Articles in the Sel service Portal

How Can we add tags on the above of Articles .I want to add specific tags over there is that possible to do?

    Hi Chilamanthula,

    At present the Knowledge module uses one locked system ENUM for Promote:

    There are only 3 values that can be used. By setting that value to Recommended you get this tag show up for the article like you've highlighted.

    At present there is no way to modify the values that can be used within this list. You would need to raise an Idea on the Idea Exchange in order to make this list editable in anyway.

    I do not want to add to existing list I just took an example of promote field, even though there are three list items in Promote filed Why is it so only Recommended is Displayed as tag What is the configuration behind it?

    I want to add different tags is that possible? if yes what are steps to add tags?

    Example - I have a user option called Expert level field which has values like beginner, intermediate and expert i want one of these values to be displayed just like Recommended. Is it possible? If yes, how can I do that

    The Article module has the concept of tags, but they are not used to be displayed on the screen, but as search criteria. You can add multiple values separated by commas.

    Yess correct but i need tag to be displayed above the article in the portal for the customer  is it possible to do that ?
