Hi All,

I have a clear understanding on license allocation and consumption in SMAX but have some queries need your support to understand more about this.

1. let us assume i have 2 packs of concurrent licenses in my SMAX system, one contains 10 concurrent licenses and another pack contains 15, whenever any agent user's login into the system, 2 concurrent licenses will get allocated to him one is from pack 10 and another one is from pack 20 by default by the system. 

Query: I do not want both the licenses to get allocated to some users whereas i want some of the users to consume only a specific pack of concurrent licenses, how to have a control like this.
