I am trying to add Task SLTs to a service offering using service agreements SLAa. However, I am having a tough time. I was able to add my Task SLTs to a support offering using support agreement.
- First I defined my service target for Tasks with the type SLA.
- Then I have added my service level target definitons for the target set with "Completion" target type.
- Afterwards, I have added this Task SLA, Support SLA to my support agreement, which was then linked to a support offering.
- Then, I have opened a test support request for the said offering, and verified that both of my SLAs for support requests and tasks works as expected.
All of the abovementioned steps were done for support offerings. I am now trying to do the same thing for the service offerings. I would like be able to define a service agreement which includes slas for service SLAs and task SLAs then attach this service agreement to SLA field through default values. That way I would like to be able track my SLAs both for my service request and their tasks included in the request. Is such a thing possible? I would much appreciate it if anyone can help me with this matter. Many thanks in advance.
