Tickets getting stuck in approval phase in Smax

We are facing issue in Smax our version is 2021.11.

tickets is getting stuck in approval phase.

    Hi,

    There could be a number of reasons for why this particular issue is occurring. It's worth viewing an individual request and look at the Approvals tab. From there trace the workflow to see what is happening or where about it is. Then you can see if there is some Task that is outstanding that needs approving before the Request can carry on. Especially if there is an Approval strategy that is in place such as All must approve.

    That can then give you a better idea of what is happening and then what might be the problem.
