is it possible to hide Non Relevant pages in request

TM1

For the "Simple Agent" interface, we aim to minimize the display of non-relevant information. For instance, we want to hide elements like the workflow, task plan, targets, and involved CIs.

We have already hidden many unnecessary fields in each form, but users still find the interface "too busy" and difficult to navigate with this layout.
Any ideas on how to further improve the layout and user experience?

    Hi TM,

    It is possible to hide a certain type of Tab using a Business Rule for Rendering Forms. If you use Hide Tab that will help to remove some. You can't hide all the different tabs that you mentioned above but you could certainly tidy some parts of the form up.

    You can remove the following:

    Approvals

    Discussions

    History

    Involved CIs

    Related Documents

    Related Records

    Reservation

    Hope that helps. If you want to hide more, you'd need to raise an Idea on the Idea Exchange to include more tabs.
