kill user session in SMAX

Hi All

If i remember correctly, in SMAX, we have the capabilities to end the user session or kill the user session when a user left unattended in the agent interface.

i checked the documentation, i dont see it now. Can SMAX still able to do it?

below is the customer requrement.

Can terminate session of a particular Concurrent User (Main use case is for the Concurrent User Login left unattended)

Hi Dave this documentation is for the timeout idle user that leave the SMAX console open. however customer wants to know whether we have a function to kick or kill the user from the SMAX console.

Hi Jun Hao, I dont believe there is an option to be able to forcibly remove a User via the Agent Interface. If the user logs out that would remove there session or else it's down to configuring the Session…

Hi Jun Hao,

I dont believe there is an option to be able to forcibly remove a User via the Agent Interface. If the user logs out that would remove there session or else it's down to configuring the Session timeout to help remove sessions, that way for any idol users after a specific amount of time they are gone.

If none of that meets the customers needs it might be worth raising an Idea on the Idea Exchange to enhance the capabilities within the User Management of SMAX.
