can 2 users work on the same ticket?

Hi All

If there’s an instance that two different agents are configuring/editing the same ticket at the same time, is there a notification/indicator that “Someone else is Editing now”?

or

Does SMAX allow 2 agents to work on the same ticket at the same time?

    Hi Jun Hao,

    SMAX allows a record to be accessed by more than one user at a time. If 2 users are accessing a record then the first user to save changes will take effect. The second user who attempts to save any changes working off the original view of the record will receive an error message. The message is basically saying the record information is out of date and need to be refreshed before any updates can be made.

    Hi. I think this could be suggested as an enhancement for SMAX. In which when an individual is editing the ticket - there would be a box or something that notifies the user that someone is editing or just name the person outright right?
