Dear Experts,
I have a reporting requirement where I want to display the future approval task/group for Request Module.
Basically as per the Request Approval Plan, if there are 2 levels of approval, when the 1st level get approved, 2nd level approval tasks will get generated and assigned to group/user.
As a reason in approval task records, 2nd level approval will be missing. Is there a possibility to report the future level approvals and its group/member details with SMAX Reporting capability ?
Below Use case: BU manager approve (1st level)
IT Manager approve (2nd level)
