If the patch isn't showing up in the Software Download Portal the best approach is to raise a ticket with Support. Then they should be able to either fix why the patch isn't there or point you to where you can download the patch from.

now i'm confused. The note describe the Version 24.2.2 and 24.2.1. (can you show me where you find this note, please?)

My problem is:

OO Containerized 24.2.2 release notes. The last sentence

"After applying this patch, reinstalling/upgrading OO RAS and OO Workflow Designer to this patch version is required."

The SLD shows me:

The OO Containerized is the helm chart. The only download for OO RAS Upgrade is the version 24.2.0.5.

The SLD points to this under  SMAX 24.2   ...that's the last upgrade package I can see.
