Good afternoon, SMAX team,

I would like to highlight the need to adjust the current inactivity timeout of the application. My proposal is to log out users who have not used the application in the last 10 minutes. This adjustment is crucial for security reasons, as it aligns with the standards followed by many other applications. Additionally, it will help optimize the use of concurrent licenses in large companies like Compensar.

If this is a standalone SMAX implementation, you can modify the setting following the instructions here:

For SaaS customers, the setting is not configurable, the default value is used.

We have in Compensar smax in SAAS, and we have noticed that some users are unable to log in for up to 40 minutes because another user has the license without using it. Therefore, this improvement is important to us, as it aligns with market practices. Although it does not reduce the number of licenses, it allows more users to access within a certain time frame, optimizing its use. Additionally, there are security concerns because the session remains open for an extended period without use.
