On a MacBook laptop, while an application was downloading after I chose to install it in the Radia Client Automation Application Self-Service Manager, I interrupted the installation by quitting the program. When I opened the self-service manager application afterwards, it showed that I had canceled the installation. I chose to refresh the catalog. Now, whenever I attempt to reopen the self-service manager, I see a window informing me "Error encountered trying to run the Client Automation agent module <radpinit> or <radskman>. Please contact your system administrator." I can click on OK, which closes the window and terminates the Self-Service Manager. How do I fix that problem? I thought that the catalog might have been corrupted, so that deleting it might allow it to be recreated and resolve the problem, but I don't know where it is located.
